Write to hello@stillphone.app and the person who made the app will answer. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you can, since that usually saves a round trip.
The list rows cover most of the widget, so the outer button is only a thin strip at the top and bottom. Tap near the top edge or on the handle to open and close it. Tapping a name opens that app instead.
Still opens apps through their web addresses, which is how it works without asking for special permissions. If an app isn't installed, or doesn't support this, the address opens in your browser instead. A small number of apps have no web address at all, and those pass through Still for a moment first.
If a specific app opens the wrong way, tell us which one and we'll wire it up properly in the next update.
Use Add manually at the top of the app picker and type its name. If we know it, it opens directly. If we don't, add it anyway and tell us, and we'll wire it up for everyone.
iOS decides when to redraw widgets and it sometimes lags. Opening Still once usually settles it. If a widget looks stuck on one list, check whether it is pinned: press and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, then set the list back to Follow schedule.
Open You → Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases are also included with Family Sharing.
No. The app deletes nothing. It sets your extra lists and looks aside, and they come straight back the moment you buy, exactly as you left them.
No, and it never will. Every app opens. If you turn on Ask before opening you get a short pause and a count first, but the Open button is always sitting right there.
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds do too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. If something is broken, though, tell us and we'll fix it.
